ChitoGauze® XR Pro

Introducing ChitoGauze® XR Pro, a next-generation chitosan-based dressing is made from a polyester/rayon blend non-woven medical gauze, coated with chitosan. The dressing features an embedded x-ray detectable strip, is Z-folded, and vacuum-sealed for compactness and ruggedness.

ChitoGauze® XR Pro maximizes hemostatic performance and reduces the risk of re-bleeding. Additionally, it has natural antibacterial properties, protecting against a wide range of both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. This feature is especially beneficial in environments contaminated with debris before the patient receives antibiotics or is transported to a medical facility.
