The IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit) is a personal first aid kit containing items recommended by the CoTCCC (Committee on Tactical Combat Casualty Care) to enable fast and effective treatment of potentially life-threatening injuries. This kit includes essential medical supplies needed to save lives in critical situations: pressure bandages, tourniquets, hemostatic dressings, and other necessary tools for bleeding control and life support.
